Sponsored by the Foundation of Onvida Health, the Heart to Help Program is a community outreach initiative designed to expand access to critical life-saving skills across Yuma County, with a focus on CPR training.

Community CPR Training
Join us for an in-person, instructor-led workshop designed to bring our community together while learning essential lifesaving skills. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, you’ll build the confidence to respond in emergency situations.

What You’ll Learn:
• Adult Hands-Only CPR
• Adult and Child CPR with breaths
• AED use for adults and children
• Infant CPR
• How to respond to mild and severe airway blockages for all ages

Be prepared to help family members, friends, neighbors, and others when it matters most.

Please note: This is not a certification course. It is a highly informative training focused on practical emergency readiness and empowering our community to take action in real-life situations.
Learn CPR. Save a Life. Strengthen Our Community.
