CalendarOnvida Health Teen Heart Screenings identify possible heart defects that could lead to Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SAC) in kids ages 12-19. Our Onvida Health Heart Team provides a questionnaire and testing – like an electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) – to determine a care plan if a heart abnormality is detected. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Kofa High School Rillos Gym.
At this time, online registration is closed. Walk-in participation is available from Noon-12:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. You MUST register and complete the Medical Questionnaire and Consent Form in person at the event.
Teens should dress in t-shirt, sweatpants or sports shorts. Girls wear a sport bra.
