Alfonzo Tellez, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona School of Medicine in Tucson, AZ. He completed his Family Medicine Residency from Onvida Health in Yuma, AZ. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Tellez enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, soccer and hiking and planning trips to new places.
