Robert King, M.D. is a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in bariatric surgery at Onvida Health Bariatrics. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica and completed his general surgery residency at University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. Dr. King recently completed the Advanced Gastrointestinal, Minimally Invasive & Robotic Surgery Fellowship at University of Arizona Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ.
When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. King enjoys restoring classic cars, traveling and participating in outdoor activities, such as cycling, snowboarding, bow hunting, sport fishing and hiking.
