Biography

Yasmin Salazar, N.P. is a nurse practitioner caring for patients at Onvida Health Family Medicine Center. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the United States University in San Diego, CA. Yasmin is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

When she is not taking care of patients, Yasmin enjoys camping, off-roading, swimming and spending time with her family.
