Biography

Frederick Chang, D.O. earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. He completed his residency in family medicine at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton, PA and completed his clinical informatics fellowship at the University of Arizona/ Banner Health in Tucson, AZ.

In addition, he has received the designation Fellow in Hospital Medicine by the Society of Hospital Medicine, as he continues to practice as a hospitalist. He is certified both in Epic and Cerner for physicians build in the electronic medical record.
