Sanjiv S. Modi, M.D., earned his medical degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Vadodara, India. He then completed an internal medicine residency, followed by a Hematology and Oncology fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology.
Dr. Modi’s clinical interests include general medical oncology and early palliative care. His care philosophy is rooted in providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Modi enjoys hiking and photography in his free time.
